Champagne Pascal Cheminon – Prestige 2011 – Premier Cru Brut

Bright light golden colour with a mellow creaminess. Some maturity and complexity on the nose, rather generous with nutty hints, pastry, ripe stone fruit and hint of creamy yoghurt notes. The palate is rounded and broad, generous fruit and a creamy mid palate, classic dosage level, some mature complexity, pain d’épices, crushed notes, ripe fruit flavour and a rather long finish.
