Light, golden colour here, quite fine bubbles, indicating a certain maturity. Really fine nose here, good purity. Fairly ripe fruits, yet not overripe, I get more stone fruits here, like yellow plum, apricot, ripe citrus, some spicy notes like saffron, some nutty notes. A certain complexity here, some of those complex notes that come from the aging on the lees that pleases me. Good gripe on the palate, very fine combination here, because we have that slightly anxious fruit those yellow stone fruits, with fine zesty notes. It is dry, but not extra dry or extra brut, there is still a slight roundness here. Very good freshness here, giving a nice mouth-watering sensation. I think once again on the palate it appears that it has some more aging because the mousse is finely integrated here, quite fine bubbles. Really good length as well. Medium weight, nicely rounded texture. Plenty of freshness on the finish more vinous style, more on the small grower. This is probably a blend, but I still get more of that notion of good Chardonnay. I really like it, something I would happily drink. It has a fine level of drinkability today, but I am sure it will gain more complexity and roundness from further ageing.
