Light to medium deep golden colour with small fine bubbles. Intense and floral nose with yellow fruit, honey, brioche and pain d´épice. The palate is structured, good bite with moderate dosage, ripe yellow fruit, some mature, brioche/butter/nutty notes, good persistency and a fresh bite on the finish. Balanced with good drinkability today.
