Medium high intensity here. Light-golden, quite vivid mousse. Intense nose, slightly more ripe here. With yellow fruit notes; pineapple, mango indicating a certain sweetness. There is also a certain maturity here, not really really young. Nice palate here. It starts out quite creamy, but well integrated bubbles. Rather rounded mouthfeel here, with that slightly tropical fruits. Yet underlined by a balanced acidity I would say. Some spicy notes emerge on the finish. More like chopped nuts, saffron, almond. There is a slight hint of aging on the lees, which is in the form of fresh butter, something a bit creamy. So a certain maturity, a certain complexity here and definitely ready to drink now.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
