Bright pale straw colour with a fine mousse. Some depth and complexity with hints of fresh butter, nuts, ripe citrus and pale stone fruit, rather Chardonnay aromas it seems. Good bite on the palate, medium bodied with a bright freshness, fairly low dosage and good balance with young fruit, hazelnut and citrus zest, creamy and integrated mousse with good length and finish.
