Champagne Michel Genet – Grand Cru  NV – Brut Blanc de Blancs

Light golden colour with a discreet mousse. Discreet nose showing some earth and mineral notes with citrus, apple, pear and almond, still rather young it seems. The palate is pure and fresh with medium weight, young fruit like citrus, apple and ginger notes mild creaminess and quite persistent creamy finish.
