Medium deep golden colour with a fine stream of small bubbles. The nose is developed and complex, some nutty and roasted notes like nougat, ripe stone fruit, sweet citrus and candied ginger. The palate is full and ample with unctuous fruit and nutty notes, yet it remains firmly dry, biting and salivating with a dense and long finish with mild creaminess.
