Medium deep golden colour with a gentle mousse. Intense nose, high ripeness roasted nuts, ripe stone fruit, candied citrus, brioche and butter. The palate has a good bite and freshness, rather Extra Brut but with a plethora of nutty ripe fruit, powerful and grippy with a mild mousse, fresh acidity and a long intense finish.
