Medium deep golden colour with a gentle mousseux. The nose is open and generous, rather vinous with roasted nuts, ripe fruit, windfall, plum, pear and pain d’épice notes, feels rather Pinot-like. The palate is bold and broad with a fresh backbone, mild creaminess, darker fruit and spicy notes with a slight bitterness and a rather long finish. Classic and vinous style already with maturity.
