Light golden colour with a copper hue and fine mousse. Generous nose showing ripe fruit with pear, plum and red berries with some gingerbread spices. Good bite on the palate, bone dry (rather extra brut) but with ripe generous fruit, peach and pear notes with a mellow mousse and creamy texture, bright freshness underneath, finely spicy with good grip and length. A vinous champagne with good depth.
