Light golden colour with a fine lively mousse. Pure and floral nose showing citrus, stony notes, fresh butter and some yellow fruit. The plate has good grip and freshness, medium bodied with a vinous texture, integrated mousse and a bright freshness, appearing classically bone dry with good length some autolytic complexity and fine zesty notes on the finish.
