Champagne Le Mesnil – Prestige 2007 – Grand Cru Brut

Light towards medium deep golden colour with a mild creaminess. The nose exhibits ripe stone fruit, citrus, chalk, saffron and crushed nuts. The nose indicates sweetness but the palate has a very nice fresh tension and nerve with pure Chardonnay notes, fresh peach, hazelnut and a chalky finish with low dosage, fresh acidity and good persistency.
