Slightly light golden nuance there, nothing green so a certain maturity. Quite vivid bubbles. The nose is quite intense here, displaying yellow fruit, some creamy and buttery notes, resembling fresh butter, some nutty notes, citrus and peach. Palate is on the light towards medium weight I would say, with a good freshness. Still appearing rather youthful, it starts out with more zesty flavours, like the lemon, the grapefruit; but towards the end of the palate it displays a bit more riper notes like the pear, plum. The mousse still quite youthful as well, gives a good lift to it. Displays a medium-long finish. A champagne which I think will continued to develop and gain more roundness and harmony, but today it is well balanced in its style. More of the pleasure, for the aperitif, for the freshness. It appears to be quite a classic blend of Pinot and Chardonnay.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
