Bright light golden colour with a delicate creamy mousseux. Some maturity on the nose, butter, brioche, pastry with yellow fruit notes. Good bite on the palate, harmonious and mature with sweet fruit, a crisp backbone, mild creaminess and a long nuanced finish.
