Medium deep straw colour, still appearing slightly youthful thanks to a slight green tinge. Rather youthful, quite big bubbles. Fresh nose, still on the young side with some hints of chopped almond, green apple and citrus. Rather light weight on the palate, good dryness there, crisp and fresh. Mousse is appearing quite young, but it is well integrated on the palate. Finish as well is still quite youthful there, with just about ripe fruit, those green apple, almond and citrus flavours. I would talk about rather medium towards long finish in this case. A champagne I certainly think would develop and gain some more weight and roundness from that.
