Champagne Jean Pierre Secondé – 2011 – Brut

Bright light golden colour, fine young mousseux. Pure nose some chalky notes, ripe stone fruit, citrus, almond paste and fresh butter. Good grip on the palate, dense fruit, a bright freshness and mild creaminess, stone fruit notes and candied citrus with fresh nuts, and a long and persistent finale. Good drinkability and a hint of complexity today.
