Bright straw colour with a gentle mousseux. Pure nose, elegant and layered with lighter fruit, citrus, lemongrass, pear and almond with some mineral notes. Fresh and medium bodied palate with good proportions, some autolys and complexity with nice purity and a long persistent finish.
