Champagne Janisson & Fils – Brut Nature NV

Rather pale straw colour and a creamy mousse. Youthful nose with some nutty notes, green apple, citrus and lime. The palate is still rather young with crushed apple and citrus a slight bitterness and citrus zest, quite long finish but still a bit young and austere it seems.
