Champagne Jacquart – Mosaïque NV – Extra Brut

Bright straw colour, fine stream of bubbles. Fresh and elegant nose, more classic style with mineral, citrus, fresh almond and some gentle toast and butter. The palate is bright and grippy with vital acidity, medium weight, young but elegant fruit with hints of citrus and ginger, nice creaminess and rather long firm finish. A classic and well restrained style with good drinkability.
