Champagne Guy de Forez – Les Riceys 2012 –  Brut

Bright straw colour with a copper / pink hue. Fruit-driven nose, plum and raspberry, clearly darker grapes with a mild spiciness. Youthful and fresh palate with medium weight and bold creaminess. Fresh red berry flavours, raspberry and citrus, crisp acidity, rather long but still young and unresolved.
