Deep golden colour with a very tiny layer of bubbles. Rich, intense and mature nose displaying some earthy truffle notes, ripe apricot, pineapple, honey and pastry with nutty and roasted notes. Evolved and mature but not oxidative. The palate is full and ample with a fine creaminess and freshness underneath, sweet yellow fruit, honey and pastry notes with candied ginger, pepper and clove followed by a long layered finish. High maturity and complexity for a NV cuvée.
