Champagne Franck Bonville – Pur Mesnil 2012 – Grand Cru Brut

Light golden colour with a green hue and fine creaminess. Pure nose, chalky and flinty with floral hints, pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, fresh hazelnut and some patisserie notes. The palate is very bright and fresh with good density, youthful but intriguing with layers of elegant fruit, a mild creaminess and a long precise finish. Still youthful but with great potential.
