Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Aromas of chalk, crushed nuts, fresh citrus, white flower, fresh butter and peach. The palate has a nice firm bite and texture with a bright acidity, fine creaminess, balanced dosage and elegant stone fruit notes, chalky and lingering aftertaste with fine length. A nice vinous Blanc de Blancs style with excellent potential.
