Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Quite spicy profile, pain d´épices, nougat, ripe plum and pear. Generous palate, rather full with ripe fruit backed by a fresh acidity, mild mousse, sweet fruit flavours, yet remaining dry, still youthful but balanced in a rich robust style.
