Champagne Fallet Dart – Quercus NV – Brut

Bright light golden colour with fine young bubbles. Pure and intense nose displaying some chalky notes, rather Chardonnay-driven with confit de citron, stone fruit, hazelnut and discreet oak notes. Good grip and intensity on the palate showing a great freshness with layers of ripe yellow fruit, nutty notes with a finely integrated mousse, bone dry feels like Extra-Brut with a fine balance, nice layers and a long lingering finish.
