Light golden colour with a vivid creamy “mousseux”. Fruity and pure nose with good ripeness, ripe pear, red berries, plum and pain d’epices. Good grip on the palate, bone dry and fresh with underlying generous fruit, good creaminess, discreet but ripe fruit, crushed plum and pear notes with long finish, pure and fruit driven.
