Bright light straw colour with vivid fine bubbles. Youthful nose of butter, brioche, almond and saffron with ripe citrus. Good grip and bite on the palate, bone dry yet with some creamy and autolytic notes on the palate, youthful and restrained fruit with butter, candied citrus, ginger, well-integrated mousse and a long finish with both freshness and fruit. Well-balanced in a bone dry style.
