Champagne Emmanuel Cosnard – Blanc de Blancs 2008 – Brut

Bright light golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousse. Pure nose, discreet fruit with apple, pear, citrus and some floral notes. The palate has medium weight, still youthful and restrained with a fresh backbone, vivid mousse and a rather long finish. Pure and crisp but still youthful without any aged complexity, needs more time.
