Champagne Dunoyer de Segonzac – Blanc de Blancs 2015

Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousse. Pure nose with chalky notes, fresh hazelnut, citrus, ginger and white fleshed fruit. Good grip on the palate, medium weight and flavour intense with low dosage, crisp with a balanced creaminess, pale stone fruit flavours, and a long bright finish.
