Light golden colour, quite intense mousse. Rather youthful and large bubbles. Generous nose. Quite intense here with some evolution. There is fresh butter here, then rather yellow fruit, some pineapple, ripe citrus. Also more of those creamy notes like butterscotch, vanilla. I don’t know if oak is involved, there might be a small touch of it somewhere. The palate is generous, a bit more than medium-bodied. Quite creamy and lush with a moderate dosage. Balanced acidity it is giving a slightly tropical sensation on the palate. Not overtly so, but still slightly ripe fruit, yellow fruit. There is a hint of nuttiness and some phenolic compounds on the finish. So creamy, lush, with a rather long finish. More I would say Chardonnay dominated, grower style with a good drinkability today.
