Champagne Drappier – Blanc de Blancs 2012 – Brut

Bright light golden colour with a vivid young mousseux. Pure and ripe nose displaying crushed peach, pineapple, citrus zest and beurre noisette. The palate has a very nice grip with a bright acidity and good extract with succulent yellow fruit flavours, a fine creamy texture and a long lingering finish.
