Champagne Doyard Mahé – Blanc de Blancs 2013 – Brut

Light golden colour with a youthful mousseux. Pure nose, vinous with a slight toast, roasted nuts, citrus and some chalky notes. Slim texture with good flavour intensity, bright freshness and a creamy mousse, youthful nutty fruit with good purity and length.
