Light golden colour with a vivid mousse. Dry spices, sweet plum and pear, rather Pinot-like. The palate is youthful, still with a marked mousse, a hint of skin bitterness, windfall but no oxidation, crushed plum and pear with a medium to long, spicy finish. Young and fruity, still needing time to harmonize.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
