Champagne Delouvin Nowack – Carte Noire NV –  Brut

Light golden colour with a medium intense mousseux. Pure nose with almond, saffron, yellow fruit and ripe citrus. Good bite on the palate, rather ample with generous fruit, a slight sweetness, yet a fresh backbone of acidity and creamy texture, vinous with a rather long finish.
