Light golden colour with a gentle mousseux. Nice vinous nose with some sherry/flour notes with butter, brioche, plum, pear and crushed nuts. The palate has a nice bite, slightly lower dosage level with crisp acidity, good layers with some aged complexity, some pastry notes, fresh stone fruit and good length. Nice vinous grower style.
