Champagne De Castelnau NV – Brut

Medium deep rosé with a copper hue. Generous nose with some maturity and toastiness, red berry fruit, pears and gingerbread. Rather full bodied with a creamy mid-palate, fresh red berry fruit, fresh acidity and quite long persistence.
