Pink colour, rather pale this is more like what I would call it orange with a copper tinge. Medium sized bubbles, a certain evolution. Really fine nose. I think this one is, regardless of the blend. I think this one is displaying aromas very similar to Pinot Noir. Very often when you smell it, still red Burgundy that this is what you get; like raspberry, strawberry, some spicy notes like clove, ginger. A mineral notion. And a fine toastiness as well. I don’t think oak has been involved, but I certainly think that it has some evolution and maturity. Nice palate there. Medium weight, but with really good flavour intensity. I like the combination of that sweet fruit, almost like comfiture; raspberry, strawberry, some roasted and spicy notes. Well balanced with a quite distinct freshness. Bubbles are nicely integrated. Not too foamy on the palate. Good length, really vinous style. A rosé I would happily drink.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
