Light to medium deep golden colour here, a certain evolution. Particularly the bubbles are quite tiny still vivid, but it indicates a certain evolution and age. Intense nose. Nutty, there is a lot of chopped nuts in there. There might be a slight hint of oak involved because it is showing a certain smokiness, toasted hints, a roasted brioche, then some yellow fruit, quite tropical. Nicely integrated mousse there. Creamy, quite rounded. With integrated acidity, quite mellow but yet with a good sense of freshness. Fruit is rather on the tropical side there, with hints of peach, yellow plum. Nicely underlined by those touch of toasted nuts, nougat. Quite bold and ripe style. I would say well balanced, with a generous fruit. There is a certain complexity and evolution and a quite long finish. So nicely made in a richer, more full-bodied and a perfectly ready to drink style.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
