Champagne Daniel Moreau – NV – Extra Brut

Medium deep golden colour with a young mousseux. Some roasted and nutty notes, quite ripe fruit, rather Pinot Meunier-like with plum, dry spices and windfall. The palate has medium weight, a hint of bitterness, spicy red fruit and plum, bone dry with a slight astringency and a medium long finish.
