Light golden coloured nuance here. Medium intense mousse, quite fine bubbles. The nose is fairly intense. There is a hint of complexity and maturity here. I get some spicy notes. Some hints of pain d’épice, fresh butter. The fruit is a bit more on the windfall, ripe pear, however not without oxidation. More Pinot. Good structure here. Quite full-bodied, yet marked by a well underlined, nice level of acidity. It doesn’t appear very sweet, but there is still a noticeable dosage. I would say the mousse is well integrated, adding a creamy texture to the palate. Nice fruit. It has a nice juiciness and drinkability. Yet with slightly riper fruit there. Broader, more full-bodied style, with some maturity, some toastiness and some nuttiness on the finish. Quite long finish and really good to drink now.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
