Bright light golden colour with a young vivid mousse. Vinous nose displaying crushed nuts, white flower, fresh butter and brioche with pale stone fruit. The palate has excellent grip and freshness, vibrant acidity with a mellow creamy mousse, rather low dosage towards extra brut. Fine layers of peach and pear with nutty notes and a long finish with fine autolytic complexity.
