Champagne Collet – Blanc De Blancs NV – Brut

Pale straw colour with a youthful mousse. Discreet nose, youthful but elegant with fresh butter, almond, citrus and lemongrass notes, rather chardonnay. Bright palate, youthful bite in the positive sense, creamy and fresh with zesty young fruit, citrus and pear, some nuttiness on the finish, still youthful but some autolytic and mature notes emerging like brioche on the finish, long and persistent. Good drinkability.
