Champagne Collet – Art Déco NV – Brut

Pale colour with a light golden hue. A youthful mousse. Rather fruity nose blending lighter and darker fruit, surely Pinot (Meunier) presence? with red berry notes, grape and citrus, still youthful aromatically. Generous and creamy attack on the palate, fresh with crushed plum, pear and red berry notes, a youthful mousse, fresh acidity and a medium long rounded finish.
