Medium deep straw colour, with a medium intense mousse, still appearing quite youthful. Generous nose there, quite fruit driven, with a good amount of yellow fruit here; like peach, apricot, stone fruit, some pear, some creamy notes from the lees and slight hint of butter. Good bite on the palate here. I would talk about the medium body style, with a good amount of freshness there, adding a nice mouth-watering feel to it. The mousse is well integrated, quite creamy mid-palate. Quite persistent flavours there. I think this feels more like a Pinot/Chardonnay mix. We get the freshness, the slight mineral, zesty sensation from the Chardonnay and some more bottom from the Pinot, hint of that pear and dark plum flavours. It is well balanced in terms of dryness. Its finish is still really fresh and mouth-watering. Fairly long, and I would talk about the well-made style. Probably rather small grower in my mind, but well balanced with a fine drinkability today.
