Champagne Charles Gouthière & Fils – Cuvée De Réserve 2006 – Brut

Light golden colour with a green hue and vivid bubbles. The nose is youthful and fresh with lime, lemongrass, some herbal notes and white fleshed fruit. Medium bodied and fresh palate with a rather mild mousse, crushed apple and lime notes, moderate dosage and a medium long finish.
