Bright golden colour with a lively mousse. Quite floral nose showing tropical hints of pineapple, apricot, sweet citrus, saffron and fresh butter. The palate is dense and vigorous with layers of ripe yellow fruit, a vital acidity, good extract, some approaching mature notes of almond paste and toast, very long and grippy finish, still young but good purity of fruit and a good potential indeed.
