Champagne Castelnau – Rosé NV – Brut

Medium deep pink colour with a copper hue and mellow mousse. Some maturity nuttiness and (perhaps) oak with plum and red berries. The palate is balanced with a fresh acidity, ripe red fruit, some roasted notes, a creamy mousse and a rather long finish.
