Light golden colour with a young vivid mousse. Pure nose, stony and mineral with mainly Chardonnay notes to me, almond, saffron, stone fruit, fresh butter and pastry. The palate has very nice grip and bite, medium bodied with fairly low dosage but nice balance with generous fruit, a mild creaminess and a long mouth-watering finish. Well-made in a vinous Extra Brut style.
