Champagne Bonnet Gilmert – Cuvée de Réserve NV –  Grand Cru Extra Brut

Bright light golden colour with a fine creaminess. Vinous nose with some autolys notes like butter, crushed nuts and pale stone fruit. Good bite on the palate, medium bodied with a bright acidity, mild creaminess, fresh yellow fruit with some buttery and nutty notes and a long pure finish.
