Pink colour or I would say rather orange, it looks like a rosé that has gotten some age and is losing some of that youthful flesh. Medium sized bubbles. The nose is showing some evolution as well. There are hints of sweet red fruit. Then some apple, pear, some mild spiciness. Some nutty notes, a certain hint of oxidization. However, on the palate it appears a bit more youthful than on the nose. A quite high acidity. The mousse is quite marked, slightly foamy on the mid-palate. And taste wise it is really marked by the darker skin grape varieties. There is a slight phenolic compound as well. There is a certain bit of bitterness, notes of fennel, crushed apple, crushed pear and medium long finish.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
